Tamarind, Onion, and Fish Sauce

Ingredients

- Young tamarind

- Red onion

- Fish sauce

 

How to make

- Wash tamarind and red onion

- Cut tamarind to thin pieces

- Slice red onion

- Put tamarind and red onion in a bowl

- Pour fish sauce into the bowl and use spoon to stir them together

 

Note:

- It is best to serve with grilled or fried meat.

- You can put sugar, but just add small. This recipe is good when it is sour from tamarind, salty from fish sauce, and sweet and mild from red onion.
