Cambodian grilled eggplant recipe


- Eggplant 

- Pork

- Salt

- Sugar

- Garlic

- Oil

How to cook

- Clean eggplant with water, then grill it until it's cooked

- Remove its skin and keep in plate

- Mince the pork

- Mince garlic

- Put pan on cooker and heat until it's hot

- Put frying oil, then put minced garlic, fry until it becomes gold color, then put minced pork, fry till it is like gold color, then put salt and sugar and taste your favorite flavor

- After the pork is cooked, put it on eggplant
