Fried egg with bitter melon


- Egg : 7 

- Bitter melon : 1 (big)

- Garlic

- Cooking oil

- Soybean sauce: 1 (rice spoon)

How to cook

- Clean bitter melon, cut it, remove seeds and cut into thin slices

- Break the eggs into a bowl

- Put soybean sauce into the bowl and stir them together; if you don't like salty, you can put half spoon

- Mince the garlic

- Put pan on the cooker and heat it

- When it is hot, put the cooking oil then put garlic until it is gold

- Put the bitter melon slices and fry them until it is cooked

- Put the egg, don't stir it, just turn it over when it is cooked

- When both sides of the fried egg is cooked, it is ready to serve.
