Story Description

Prince Gong, 6th Prince of Qing Dynasty. He is brother in law of Empress Dowager Cixi and Empress Dowager Ci’an. He and Cixi always have dispute over country affair.

One day, niece of Cixi visits her and Prince Gong falls in love with her. Cixi knows and makes plot to make Prince Gong has her niece.

Empress Dowager Ci’an has hidden her feeling on Prince Gong. She is angry and jealous when she knows Prince Gong loves niece of Cixi. She tries many times to hurt her.

There is a special envoyer from Europe. He is attracted to niece of Cixi.

In order to save his beloved, Prince Gong has to win the competition or she will part and leaves for Europe.

Author's Note

I am fan of TVB series drama.

I have watched ‘The Confindant’ and interested in dipute between Empress Dowager Cixi and Prince Gong and hidden feeling of Empress Dowager Ci’an on Prince Gong. So, in my head, this story appeared.

I want to apologize to TVB and author of The Confidant. If my writing gives impact or damage to TVB and author, please tell me and I will delete the story.
