Discount is not attractive anymore if there is no improvement
In Cambodia, stores often use promotional tactics by offering discounts to customers. It works, but not very well, possibly due to a few reasons:
- The customer service is not satisfactory.
- The product quality seems down.
- The place is not hygienic.
Consequently, despite the stores' efforts to attract customers with discounts, few customers are actually drawn in.
So, what techniques can be used to win over customers' hearts?
First, they ask for the customers’ opinions and comments. Second, they analyze and improve their offerings based on the needs of their customers. At last, they thank the customers.
Afterward, they relaunch the discounts along with additional gifts for the customers. Yes, it works very well.
