Money scams are not only crossing countries but also happening inside the country. Both during and after the pandemic, scammers targeted Cambodians, particularly through social media.  While there are a variety of scams, this article will focus on two specific examples. Pen-producing workers There was an account on social media posting that they needed local people, staying in Phnom Penh and in provinces, to work as pen producers. They stated that they had all the necessary parts for the pens and only required individuals to assemble them. Furthermore, they asserted that individuals could perform this task from their homes.  Cambodian women, especially housewives, were interested because they needed money to help support their husbands. Most people like to ask what kind of business they can be successful in when they start it. As the experienced people told them to select target customers and then find a kind of business that matches their needs, the newbies usually asked what kind of business can match all types of customers. It's hard to answer because no business can serve all customers. However, if you are the newbie and you insist on finding that business, you can try this challenge. In Cambodia, stores often use promotional tactics by offering discounts to customers. It works, but not very well, possibly due to a few reasons: - The customer service is not satisfactory. - The product quality seems down. - The place is not hygienic. Consequently, despite the stores' efforts to attract customers with discounts, few customers are actually drawn in. So, what techniques can be used to win over customers' hearts? First, they ask for the customers’ opinions and comments. Second, they analyze and improve their offerings based on the needs of their customers. At last, they thank the customers. Afterward, they relaunch the discounts along with additional gifts for the customers. Yes, it works very well.    

There were two people. Both of them owned a building. They made their own building into small rooms for rent. One at a low price and one at a higher price. Per day, if you are a newbie, you should post three videos. When your account gains recognition, you can decrease to posting one a day or three a week. As well, you need to pay attention to time. If you choose not to post at the correct time, it will take longer to make your account get traffic. In addition, content is very important. If your content is not attractive, you can’t get attention from the audiences.  However, if your content is attractive but the audiences can’t use it to get benefits for their work or life, your account will still not be able to stand high. The suggested time to post videos: - Morning, between 7am and 9am - Lunchtime, between 11am and 1pm - Evening, between 4pm and 6pm - Night, between 7pm and 9pm.
