As the experienced people told them to select target customers and then find a kind of business that matches their needs, the newbies usually asked what kind of business can match all types of customers. It's hard to answer because no business can serve all customers. However, if you are the newbie and you insist on finding that business, you can try this challenge. Please allow me to share a story. It’s a true story, narrated by a person named A, who lived near them. This event occurred many years ago in Phnom Penh. There was a flat near A's house. A couple asked for a space in front of that flat to set up a small store to sell beverages.  Daily, the wife was at the store, and the husband worked as a motor-dub driver. However, the husband found time to assist his wife at the store.  In A's house, there was a garden with some tall grasses. One day, the husband approached A and expressed his willingness to help cut the grasses, stating that he had not set a price and that A could pay him any amount he considered fair. Since no one else was available, A agreed to hire the husband to cut the grasses. After finishing the chore, the husband told A that if A needed someone to cut the grasses again, he could call him anytime. Not only did A benefit, but the husband also offered to do any work for other houses around the store in exchange for som...

In Cambodia, stores often use promotional tactics by offering discounts to customers. It works, but not very well, possibly due to a few reasons: - The customer service is not satisfactory. - The product quality seems down. - The place is not hygienic. Consequently, despite the stores' efforts to attract customers with discounts, few customers are actually drawn in. So, what techniques can be used to win over customers' hearts? First, they ask for the customers’ opinions and comments.  Second, they analyze and improve their offerings based on the needs of their customers.  At last, they thank the customers. Afterward, they relaunch the discounts along with additional gifts for the customers. Yes, it works very well.    

No  matter how your product is prettily packaged and you promote and advertise greatly, the customers would come to your store only once but never again if they see your store is not clean. Why? Because: 1. When the customers come to your store and see how clean your store is, they will have good feelings. In general, they don't remember what your store contains, but they remember the feelings that your store gives them, so if they feel good, they will come again. 2. Health became a big concern to people around the world, and cleanliness or hygiene is the thing that they put in priority. So, if your store is clean, the customers will feel confident that they or their family members will not get sick after they interact with your store.   3. How long did it take to produce this video? Well, it took about two hours. How to make it: - First, draw pictures: a pot and a person on MS PowerPoint. - Second, add animation to the person drawing. - Third, save it as a video. - Fourth, edit the video in a video editor. What is a part that took a longer time to make? The part that shows how the hands get a serious problem. It’s an important section because we need to make the audiences understand that the hands were not better but became worse and worse without telling them in words.  

TVC is short for television commercial. It can be called a TV commercial too. What is it used for? TVC is created to promote and advertise about a product or service through media such as television, social media, etc. It saves time but wastes money, but it is needed because it’s helpful, especially for a new business owner that wants to tell the people about their products or service. Can we produce a cheap price? Even though it needs much money to make it, there’s still a way to produce a TVC that spends little money and is effective. It’s an animated TVC. Do we need to know how to draw to make an animated TVC? Well, it’s good if we know how to draw; if we don’t know, we still can do it, but we have to have knowledge related to technology, especially computer and video editing software.  Is this job hard? In this world, there is no job that is easy. It becomes easy when we find a way to do it, and then we do it daily and regularly.
