Per day, if you are a newbie, you should post three videos. When your account gains recognition, you can decrease to posting one a day or three a week.

In addition, content is very important. If your content is not attractive, you can’t get attention from the audiences.

- Morning, between 7am and 9am

- Lunchtime, between 11am and 1pm

- Evening, between 4pm and 6pm

- Night, between 7pm and 9pm.
